Some too young to vote in the referendum have now reached voting age.

But all the parties have committed to carrying out Brexit.

No they haven't I don't trust lib dems at all they pledged to be only party to stop it. Labour can't make their mind up if they are right way up or standing on their heads and greens are openly against a proper brexit wanting to water it down until we are more in than out. They may say one thing but I haven't forgotten what they said a week ago.

It's true that we are voting for the next government, not just the Brexit issue but even so, can you imagine Corbyn or Farron running the Country? I honestly can't.

No, Julie darlin' - absolutely NOT!!! I will never sacrifice my socialist principles so that evil witch can trample all over the promises they previously made and have already broken and what's more - the last redoubt of a scoundrel is patriotism - the 'nasty party' are scumbags!!!

In addition, as has been said, Farage seems to have jumped ship. He was undoubtedly the leading light of the party - in fact, he WAS the party.

The other thing I'd like to say about this poll is that I am encouraged by the number of erstwhile Labour supporters who are going to vote Conservative against their political allegiances on the grounds that Brexit will be good for the country.

I suspect, though, that there are still many (not necessarily on here) who will continue to vote for Labour 'because that what they (and their dads) have always done'!
A woman who was interviewed , said just that , "Its tradition she said in her family to vote Labour they have voted Labour for generations and she will carry on ."
What a idiot , someone who cannot think for themselves ..

On the contrary, perhaps she is able to think and choose for herself and is not prepared to vote for the scumbag 'nasty party'.

I would say that was the opposite of thinking for herself.

Re: General election poll

I think these days just voting for who your family always has is rather short sighted, we have choices we have to think for our selves what is right. I agree with Uj on many things disagree on others, we each do what our consciences allow us too. I admire he sticks to his principles but I can't on this occasion. Leaving Eu is main stay of a good future for our kids, any less I would feel I'd failed them.
