Many from various countries do. It feels mainly poles around here because they are biggest community but I'm sure they aren't alone.

Hi

How do you explain then Annie that NI Number or not, not a single one of them has ever been asked for proof of eligibility at either of our two local hospitals?

Why would EU citizens bother if obtaining an NI number is so easy?
