So he is, but for those "with the broadest shoulders". If this means raising the top rate of tax back to 50p or even 60p - then good. If that means cancelling all HMRCs 'sweetheart' deals with top businesses - bring it on!!! If that means HMRC concentrating on those companies hiding their ill-gotten gains in off-shore accounts and tax avoidance schemes - then good!!!
