American Airlines shoot themselves in the foot (again)

Yet another incident of AA staff being 'rough' with passengers.

Despite the statement that his actions "do not reflect ...." How many more incidents will it take to change the whole culture of AA???

ooo I don't know...the Herc flights from Brize are ok....apart from the smell of fuel and the Tri-Stars with the rotting airframe under the toilets.

QAmerican Airlines, United Airlines - proves both of them are total crap!!! - which also shows my good sense in not travelling to the US.
