Wills

I often get requests for donation to charities ,and they nearly always ask me to remember them in my will. How can I do that?, I dont know how much , if any , money will be left in my account when I die. If I agreed to leave £100 to them what good will it be if there isnt £100 left to give?

Re: Wills

You could mention a charity in your will and an amount stating that others must come first ie family members etc . Then add a footnote saying an amount to XXX charity .

Re: Wills

A lot of people request 'family flowers only' when the funeral arrangements are announced asking for donations to a specific charity instead of flowers from others

Re: Wills

Perhaps a percentage (1% or something small) of any money left could be donated. That way the richer you are the more your favourite charity gets.
