Due in two weeks . Just waiting till something starts before we set sail . Got a few things laid out to take but will just probably pack in a hurry !

Hi everyone . Today I had a couple of nice walks then went swimming for the first time in ages .
Everything was fine until I got a phone call to say that a friend had been found dead . She was only 48 . Feeling very upset now .

Well done you going swimming ... I can't swim (not very well anyway and I can't tread water) so it's not something I ever do !!!

Glad you had a great time Myrtle .

I mainly went to the pool to do some exercises in the water . My joints have been sore lately and the physio told me to exercise in the pool . I must say it was really good .

Hydrotherapy is proven to be beneficial for joint problems ... keep up the good work
