I am going to make Chicken Kievs, one for today, couple for the freezer. I will have that with mash and peas. Then later will bake a Lemon drizzle cake, as a couple of lemons to use up.

Same as yesterday, use up the chicken, rice, veg, cashews and stir fry sauce. Like to get my money’s worth, by making two meals from the ingredients.

Just about to tuck into a lovely Tuna Mayo, Lettuce and Tomato sandwich on thickly sliced Granary bread and a naughty little dish of crisps to accompany it.
This evening we're having Chicken Jalfrezi with Basmati Rice.
Yum Yum.

Re: What are you having for lunch/dinner?

Was planning to have more of my beef stew today, but as I had a long wait at hospital, took abreak, went back into town and stopped at a creperie. Made a pig of myself (no I'm not joining Mortey) with a large banana and Belgian chocolate crepe!!!
