There is a saying "Never put all your eggs in one basket" sounds harsh but an experienced and knowledgible management should have tried harder to spread the customer base.

If orders were comming in as fast as the firms could deliver that again is a warning bell.

I also agree with Twink in that house prices are usually dependant on many facotrs, three big firms closing or reducing operations is likely just one factor.

Mortgage rates are likely going to increase this year, that is a major factor in house sales.

Re: McCartney and Stone.

Hi

I am very happy with my decision to leave.

I will be in a much smaller house, ideal for me, still 3 Bedrooms so Zac And Derek will still be staying.

It will be close to all amenities, walking distance, and never have to worry about not being able to drive.

If Guy does not recover and remains Epileptic and unable to drive, it will be a good house for him should he ever return to the UK.

I do not need a big house in a small village, a small house in a Market Town is fine for me.

Everything to hand and a much better quality of life.

It really is a no brainer.

A gentle stroll to the Coffee Houses, Supermarkets and my fishing only 10 minutes by Taxi.

Not being able to drive for a few Months has really brought the reality home to me.
