Re: Bedtime routine

When I come home from work, I take a shower, wash my hair, do my cleanse and moisturise and get into my nightie if no plans for the evening

Brush teeth after dinner

Then when Im ready to fall asleep I head for bed and fall in. I have to wait till my eyes are just closing or else Im in for a long night

If Im asleep within minutes - great. If not and Im still awake an hour or so later, I get back up and try to doze on the sofa

Maybe 5 hours on a good night, 4 most nights

Re: Bedtime routine

I must always have a large glass of fresh cold water and my herbal tea on the bedside shelf, quite often also take a kalms "one a night" which knock me out and have to put earplugs in as any noise wakes me. Usually have 6-7 hours on week nights. But I can manage on 4 hours if I have to. When I was young I'd manage on two hours occasionally but I'd usually be seeing pink elephants by the end of the day.

I haven't really got one apart from brushing teeth, removing makeup, moisturizing, undressing, then crashing
Yes, all of those, but in addition I usually read the paper on my mobile phone. Reading sends me to sleep.

I have an excellent method of getting off to sleep... afterwards.

Re: Bedtime routine

I'm a little different because I go to bed in the morning after working my night shift.
Get home at 6.25am
Make mug of tea and perhaps a slice of toast. Watch news.
Clean teeth
Pee
Put uniform in washing machine
In bed before 7am
