You make some very valid points on other things, but not on this one.
As a father of 5 daughters and a libertarian lefty as my default political standpoint I've no time for fascists, Islamists or any credo that subjugates women and discriminates against democracy and inclusivity.
My support of secularism and the complete disassociation of religion to politics are wholly consistent with my leftist views, as is my love of Art/Music/creativity/free expression and my distrust of self appointed intellectuals/experts.
It's quite obvious that Bruv is trying to taint Brexit voters with ultra right views not realising Brexit was a cross party phenomenom with supporters from the whole political spectrum.

I haven't offered any points so far, other than reply to the banter crew.
I asked if any ideas related to the rise of fascism are recognisable in fellow members.
I should have asked if the symptoms could be recognised in the world today.
