Good Morning Each,aye a bit dull here too but no rain so going for My first long walk in a while,...Daughter bought Me a 'PAIN GONE' Pen,and I can hardly believe it but it does work,knee pain is now bearable after about 20/30 jabs,and it can be used through jeans/leggings etc', so taking it with Me..crossing fingers..See Ya All later,x

Me again,well I walked a mile and a half to the Library changed books,.had a coffee,and walked it back again..it's a start..woohoo..I'm getting My mojo back at last

Dull misty start to the day here , then sunshine , now back to mist .
However at least we had some sunshine in the afternoon . Got lots of gardening done . So much to do at this time of year .
Planted some pansies I got in Morrisons as well .

May glad to hear that the pen helped your knee. Mike enjoy your time at the bothy. Met my niece and her daughter and great granddaughter today at Braehead for lunch then visited my friend.
