Thank you.
Am I allowed to politely decline?

Re: Tummy Bloating

Grapefruit was one of my favourite fruits before being put on statins. My Consultant, though, has taken me off the statins for some reason.

I may well buy some seed extract as I'm prone to tummy problems.

Make sure it doesn't contraindicate with any other meds you are taking.

Excellent stuff Susie. You have just taken an important step, far more than just buying a bottle of drops.

Note too that your Diverticulitis has tons of research associated with it which indicate that GRAPE seed extract is also hugely beneficial.

These 2 things often get confused but in your case you will benefit from both GRAPEFRUIT seed extract and GRAPE seed extract.

Google the latter and learn more.

Re: Tummy Bloating

Well, I must say this is the most interesting thread I have read for a long time. I will not quote and agree with anyone, as I don't like to take sides anymore.
I like everyone on this thread and I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.

I have a bloated tummy, it comes and goes......
I don't know what it is and my doctor seems to just pass it off and it could be a million things and I don't have pain with it...

What I am really interested in is a lot of the posts that Realist has said. He is "the natural way"....and I am going to copy all his posts if I may, so I can try to help myself.

If you have a thread somewhere Realist, where you are telling how to make your own bread (and if I don't need a bread machine to do it), I would love to have it and give it a try.

Susie, I hope you feel better real soon, Blue x
