Practical Solutions

So here's your puzzle for the day. Imagine you have a heated or cooled building. The outside temperature is rarely going to be the same. This leads to a pressure differential which means that an ordinary door between indoors and outdoors would either naturally be blown open slightly or hard to open as the pressure would want to keep it shut. What was the solution developed to overcome this problem?

That would only be true of a totally airtight property of which there are few.

Re: Practical Solutions

This puzzle reminds me of the other great lateral thinking proponents like Edward De Bono.

He was once used as a consultant to solve a problem at a large hotel. The hotel was getting numerous complaints from it's guests that they were having to stand around for ages in the lobby waiting for the lifts which had limited capacity and were somewhat slow. The hotel had limited finances so how do you think De Bono solved the problem?
