Sod the Nat Sav. Next Friday Jane is bringing my mother to visit me. I can do `posh`but I`m thinking lamb shanks ,haricot beans,carrot and swede slow cooked the day before in home made stock and re-heated after the fat has been removed.
Then rhubarb crumble and custard-home grown rhubarb and I can make custard.
I may get a `thank you` this time
