`Cheffy` terms

I`m preparing a ragu sauce. My onions are happy because I do not `brown them off` And I have no intention of `tossing off` my aubergine.

It was a while before I realised the f word wasn't a new Cheffy term when that shouty chef first came onto the screen.

lol. I can watch cookery programmes but I do yell at the tv. Steam cooked?? Foraged when you mean picked and what the fcuk is `heritage`-name the variety. I was selling `heritage` tomato plants over 20 years ago.
