It`s not easy. Some good tips here-I was going to suggest using a mandolin.

On firm cheeses I use a Martin Yan cleaver - it has a thin but strong blade and is very sharp. All I need do is put the blade onto the cheese and press down slowly and it can take slices off like those you buy in supermarkets.
