I watched and enjoyed the very first series - it was an interesting psychological experiment.

Then it became cheap and tawdry - bringing in the kind of people you would cross the street to avoid and deliberately putting them in situations designed to cause trouble. Sensationalism running mad. Not what I would call entertainment but then life would be very boring if we all thought alike !

Not owning a TV anymore I had not realised it was still running - thought it had been axed some years ago.

First second and third series were definetly the best but there are still a few gems each year worth watching to catch them.

My favourite series was series four although I think I am in the minority. There were no weirdos , just a good cross section and some intelligent discussions plus one genuine argument.

Without live feed we just get an unscripted show it's not a reality show anymore.

I agree - and its manipulation - we need to have live feed and that means someone is watching all the time so its not biased.

in my stuff you may well wallow
because you see my sincerity and my patriotism .

I'm watching last nights show now some interesting people and several couples, marrieds and mother daughter so far. No one stands out as horrible. I quite like the fish and chip eating young lady but she needs to stop saying she's common, she's just lovely from what I've seen.

hi Julie - glad you are watching - going to take me some time to get to no them but really looking forward to it. I think the posh guy is in deep - I hope he can deal with it.
