Well done, that woman. I am currently undergoing tests myself as I have baffled the doctors.

Very happy today husband's ulcer is looking very much better, Grace's latest blood test results were very good so they are reducing her medications again, and she passed her school tests with flying colours, doing so well they are suggesting with a little extra tuition over the summer holiday she may be able to skip a year and move up to the next class, not sure about that as she would leave her friends behind but it's really good news she is so clever ! Not sure where she gets it from.

That is all good news Julie! It is an honour to be moved up to a higher class, but I agree with you, she may be unhappy if she had to leave her friends.
Ulcers are awful so I hope you husbands healing continues to improve.

Thanks twink. Yes ulcer has been a right pain and very stubborn to actually heal.

Reading back through the posts here, it does look like people are trying not to worry, and be happy and positive.
That is happy news in itself!

D-Day Veteran Set To Marry His Former Love 70 Years After They Were Torn Apart By War

April 15, 2016

A 90 year-old D-Day veteran is set to marry his former fiancée 70 years after they split up due to the PTSD of his wartime experiences.

Roy Vickerman called Nora Jackson's home to apologize for their split and told the taxi driver to wait outside for a few minutes while he presented her with a bunch of flowers.

Nora threw her arms around Roy as soon as she saw him and now, a year later, the couple have celebrated their engagement at Roy's 90th birthday party.
