Be very careful.

My neighbours have done it for years and have had no problems we have even met some of the people they exchanged with and they were really nice.
But I also know a woman who exchanged with a teacher from Edinburgh. He had placed a photo of his house on the site, only when they arrived the house in the photo was not his and his house was a tip...
She ended up having to book into a hotel and calling the police here to get this man out of her house before he wrecked it.

Apperently he joined different exchange groups each time he pulled this stunt so no one knew about him.

Thanks Cass - lots to be cautious about but with google maps and other bits of modern technology, I would hope that situation can be avoided.
Which exchange group do your neighbours use?

My parents neighbours did this off and on over the years
Did the whole job excgange and everything
Loved every one
And we always got to know the families from different parts of the world really well too
