Found the remains of a beef joint I had couple of weeks ago in my freezer - so will chop it and make a beef stew & dumplings later on when it defrosts.

Might be another roast beef dinner. Not sure yet, till later, see what time I have. Or it might be a quick fish and chips meal that I've just bought.
