It certainly seemed like they were being encouraged to Mups! I don't know where he finds these videos from but I'm thankful I don't live there if that's how people behave!

You got it all wrong. The shark was the pet. Damn dogs just came along and made a bloody nuisance of themselves again. Try to think outside the doggie box ( kennel ) now and then - sheesh.

LOL poor shark, but you really shouldn't have kept him on dry land where the dogs could get him.
