Morning all.

Turnips, no not for me, no taste just peppery, cauliflower got to have cheese sauce on it.

Having a small fry-up today.

Re: OFF slimming club---open to everyone.

I was tempted the other night to have a couple of bowls of muesli, after a perfectly good evening meal, and of course I'd put on a few lbs the next day, but they are on their way down, after one good day yesterday and a not too bad one so far today.
I don't eat turnips, but do have swede occasionally, it's nice mashed with lots of butter.

Well done Mariana, get that soup going, and how about Pea & Bacon Soup? or Watercress and Spinach.

Well, just remember that those few pounds are a normal weight fluctuation and most likely water. You can't put on 3 pounds of fat overnight. That's the good part.

You should Mariana, freshly made soup is a lot better then cans, you know what you are putting in the soup.

Today we had Tin Red Salmon and Salad, and I was naughty with a baked vegetable spring roll.

Umm, sorry, but I fail to see how that's 'naughty'

I have some shucked oysters that I was contemplating what to do with. Do I want to make oyster stew? Or just bread them and fry them up? Either one sounds delicious.

Don't like Oysters, but if it was me, I would bread them up and fry them.

I say the Spring roll is naughty because they are quite greasy.
