Oh Mariana, I have been out this afternoon, I came back home took my clothes off to put my old clothes on and saw my naked body in the mirror, I look like a huge Buddha, i'm very upset now.

Today was a Lean Cuisine for lunch and dinner will be a chicken breast sandwich on light oatmeal bread and wonton soup.

I ate enough yesterday to feed a small family

This is why I never - ever - look at myself without clothes, especially full body. It only depresses me. So I completely know how you feel.

i bet it was nowhere as near as bad you think---there are a couple of pictures in the "cheeky chat " section that will make you think--ill just let you know which one.

i tried a couple of "selfies" in my mirror---like Ive seen sme slimmers doing--like a before and after---it was not good--but I am keeping them , hoping that one day i can say---yay, I did it !!!
