100 miles for Make-a-wish foundation

Hi all,

I'm so excited to be doing this ride for such a great and meaningful cause. On Thursday, April 20th, 2017, I will be riding my unicycle 100 miles (in 11 hours or less!) for the Make-a-Wish foundation. They grant wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions. If you would like to make a donation, of any amount, please go here.

Btw, 100 miles equals just over 56 thousand pedal revolutions, and because a unicycle has a fixed wheel, that means no coasting is possible! I will also be filming (while riding!) using my gopro attached to a mini tripod, which is kept in a tube "holster" mounted under the touring handle when not in use. This way I don't have to stop when filming.

Me too. I would have trouble doing it on two wheels let alone one.

Good luck with the ride Unigeezer.

I think there are better charities out there though.

I have started a new cycling website. I might well mention your exploits on it - if you don't mind that is.

I won't put anything on yet as the site is still being developed. Will be ready in a few weeks I should think ...
