I've used the TePe Interdental brushes for years, I have a mix of sizes.

I don't like using the floss....

Don't bother with them meself.
There have been reports that they might encourage gum disease because of bacteria (in the little brush) if you don't change it daily or because unlike floss which goes up and down the side of the tooth the interdental brush concentrates on the small gap between teeth, at the gum line, so can irritate gums.

I used the ones I bought for cleaning between my computer keyboard keys.

Re: Interdental Brushes? Do You Use Them?

Sometimes I ise them, or wooden dental sticks.

Now here's another question for you.

Does anyone use a tongue scraper? I don't know what's in my diet that causes my tongue to be quite so coated (sugar? Milk?) but I use this device each morning after teeth brushing, before I'll have my first coffee, or breakfast. Problem is the design of it, never gets right to the back of the tongue, without gagging. Yeuk.

I have the little brushes for years, too.
My teeth are quite close together too, so I have two different sizes to fit different size gaps.
Could never get on with floss.

Jazzi, l have never heard of tongue scraper! I do brush my tongue with my electric toothbrush though.

Mags &Twink, I have used the TePe orange brushes my dentist gave me but they went bent and funny quickly.

Re: Interdental Brushes? Do You Use Them?

I have used these for some time now. Tepee are best. I have some wider gaps and some with only a very narrow gap. I buy two sizes to accommodate this and get on fine. I use a normal brush first with toothpaste and it's amazing how much rubbish still comes out with the interdental brushes afterwards.
