War Dogs must die.
Two heroic Belgian Shepherd war dogs are to be put down.These two nine year-old dogs have worked their socks off saving thousands of lives in Afghanistan by sniffing out bombs, but now military chiefs have ruled they cannot be rehomed.
They are now facing being destroyed by lethal injection, along with an ex-Police dog.
Eamonn Holmes said on telly - "Where is the gratitude?"
An Ex SAS man has set up a petition and so far got 296,000 signatures to save them, and other very experienced handlers have also offered to rehome them.
I know they are highly trained dogs, and couldn't go to an ordinary home, but I do hope they can find the right people to share their retirement with before it's too late.

That is great news i have been praying that these dogs would find a new home after what they have been through.Changing things slightly isn't it such a shame that all the poor horses that went off to WW1 were not lucky enough to find new homes instead what happened after the war? The thousands of horses that surived the war were all sold of to French butchers those poor horses after all they went through ended up on the butchers slab.
