Re: Good morning Wednesday

Good morning all.
The snow has thawed quite a lot, it's mostly just a wet slushy mess everywhere now.
I was supposed to be at Yoga this morning, but the teacher just rang to say she can't get there today.
This afternoon I am having my hair done and some new hi-lights put in.

Have a good day, whatever you're up to.

Re: Good morning Wednesday

Morning all.

Off to see pals this afternoon, it's a sad and happy visit because my friends husband had a stroke 7 years ago. He has never recovered his speech and is partly paralysed so it makes communication difficult especially as his hearing is also very bad.

We will have cake though and we will muddle through, he still gets my jokes if I speak up and he laughs, well I think it's the jokes he is laughing at

Have a good day all

Re: Good morning Wednesday

buenas dias all. Bright and sunny, no cold wind at the present time and temperature (according to reports) set to go up to 26C, I don't think I believe that. I know we are turning into a desert through lack of rain this year, but 26C in December !!

I had planned on going to the market, but after yesterday with it's trials and tribulations I think I need a quieter day. I've already had one catastrophy this morning.......I opened the cupboard to get a jar of coffee out, big crash as a jar of pickled onions in balsamic vinegar fell out, crashed onto the work surface and from there onto the floor.......what a mess. Mr Clumsy is in trouble, he never checks whether he's put things back properly. The times I've opened the fridge door and something has fallen off the top of the fridge you would not believe.

Have a nice day all, take care on the icy roads.
