Hi

Utter rubbish.

Leaseholders are private owners, they should not be subsidised by Council Tenants.

Re: Profit from tragedy???

I'm a lease holder I'm less rich than the purely council tenants !

If the places are not safely built that shouldn't be leaseholders responsibility that's down to the builders and councils that signed off on them as safe.

Likewise they should not have to subsidise council tenants either.

I've no idea but for some reason it's thought that lease holders are subsidised by council tenants which is not the case.

Many are face with huge bills while the council tenants are not.
