Uhhh... the flavor of an avocado?
Okay, that's not a nutritional thing, but I love avocado for its flavor more than its nutritional value. That just happens to be a nice benefit.

I like my advocado"s, sprinkled with a little oil , vinegar,salt & pepper.
Yummy Only in July,August though.

I miss the great big Florida 'cados, but I can't find them anymore. They blew the Hass avocados away by miles.

Depends on where you get them. They're cheaper in places where they are abundant compared to areas where they have to be imported on longer journeys.
