Autumn Giant Crocus

Can anyone help with advice on where I can buy Autumn Giant Crocus & what the correct name is for these. Many Thanks. Chris.

Usually nurseries or garden centres or perhaps online gardening sites. You will find them under the name of Colchicum. There are quite a few sites on the web.

Hi, many thanks. One company called Crocus will not supply most of Scotland. We still have the GPO up here but they only supply via a courier. Very sad state of affairs.
I saw these some yrs ago in a private garden & always kept an eye out from them but have never seen them on sale.
They are huge & beautiful.

You can grow them indoors without planting them and they will bloom. We used to sell them on my late family's nursery. Quite pretty!

Hello, if you ever see them for sale please let me know. I had a look on Ebay but it's only seeds that appear to be available. Will look at bulb only suppliers. Thanks again.

Found a UK supplier (I hope) Avon bulbs. They are out of season but will be available later in the year.

Have just seen them for sale in the new Dobies Brochure on line.
