Maybe her attempt at dressing down, so not to upstage the bride. It certainly worked, she looks dreadful. Kind of her if that was the aim but a little overdone.

It seems flowery dresses & tops are IN this Summer...as are bumbags and Mens sandals worn with socks!

I always despair when I see so called celebs in the magazines or newspapers. Most of them have appalling dress sense and appalling make up too but that's another matter.

This lady, despite wearing floral, was not on the guest list, much to her chagrin:

I think floral works well on a lady, but then again curtains don't..

I'm surprised really because this is the first time that I've seen her dress sense falter, she always seemed to nail it in the past.

Re: The Duchesses new style...

Meghan seems to be struggling to find her 'style' atm. Gone are the jeans and the minis , so it must be a chance for the designers to get some street cred.
They are probably telling her how fantastic she looks.... she also looked awful at the garden party for Prince Charles just after her marriage.
Last week in Chester, she looked very smart and comfortable.
Didn't Princess Diana originally have a few ' faux pars' with her designers (or 'dressers' if that's what they are called ?)

No one wants to go out looking like a rag, so I feel sorry for her. How embarrassing !
