I didn't know that JBR. Live and learn. The roof was renovated a few years ago. I took this photo when they were preparing to do it. All new lead I think. It must have taken a lot.

I agree! Although I have no interest in religion, I can't resist going to see places of worship.

Quite, this thread is about the beauty of the building and skill of the builder. So many skills have been lost which is a shame.
