I use my phone's calendar and note-keeping apps.

Also I photograph every important letter in case I have to refer back to it.

Nope, never felt the need to have a folder stuffed with notes to carry around

I have a phone, it contains everything and everything is backed up to the cloud and is accessible to me anywhere in the world, even if I lose or break my phone
