That's good mate, you're switched on and it shows a sign of forward planning i.e. intelligence.
My problem isn't so much connected with leaving the RAF, it's because I was very impulsive when I was younger and built up a mountain of credit card debt. And that is stupid and not intelligent at all.
On the other hand, I have paid off my mortgage and only owe two years on a huge loan for two years and then I should be alright. At 60, I'll at least get a forces pension for the 12 years I did and that's when I hope to go part-time, if not retire completely
