Happy 21st birthday from me too!For lunch I had a cheese topped roll on the hoof (from Lidl) without butter. Then for supper I heated up shredded duck with pancakes and hoisin sauce. I buy it from Morrisons. Very tasty but honestly there's always a lot of fat within the meat.

. I've never thought of adding ale to my beef casseroles.Might do a roast tonight, with potatoes, parsnip, kohl rabi and sweet potato. I have some pork slices from Morrisons. Add to this some sausage meat and stuffing, and cooked apple. A truly delicious meal.

hello hello hello, starting to feel hungry after reading the above. Normally grab some crisps but today I am going to make a cheese omelette and have it with some fried tomatoes and beans. Goodness that is pushing the boat out for me lol.21-05-2015, 11:19 AM

Having a bit of an experiment today found a tart recipe looks nice but going to try to do it with a large Portobello mushroom instead of pastry. Might be a disaster or might be genius - won't know until I try.Serving with cous cous and peas.
