Off to the vampire clinic this morning, so may call into a local cafe nearby for a full breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, black pudding, baked beans & mushrooms) and then come home and cook some fish 'n chips for lunch.

Good luck at the Vampire Clinic UJ, hope your sugar levels are good.

Today its Chicken breasts marinated in curry spices, roast potatoes, Swede, cabbage.

Thank you Susie darlin' - but 'vampire' clinic is testing my INR for Warfarin, not sugar. As it happens my INR has gone down which means I now have to increase my daily dose of Warfarin and go back to the clinic next Friday.

Can't really plan until I know what time the kitchen person is coming. Just saying between 10 and 3 isn't much use. Why not say a.m. or p.m.?
