Pouring with rain earlier but dry and overcast now
My poor s-I-l fell off his pushbike last week and had aches and bruises . He gave an almighty sneeze a few days later, was rolling In agony and hard to breath , went off to Cas on Sunday to find he had broken 3 ribs.

Re: Over 50s Club Wales (part 5)

Good heavens Jac, did he break the ribs in the fall or with the sneeze? Poor chap.

Back on GMT now - and have clean windows inside the house. Jamie and Chris did them with the Karcher. There are a few streaks here and there, but who cares? They're cleaner!!

Son and DIL have just been to collect Chris (Jamie's gone to rugby training). They have just bought some more ground in Clyro, so we celebrated with a cup of tea!!

Sun is trying to come out now after a gloomy start. Its very mild though
Joe had bruises after the fall but maybe the sneeze moved the broken ribs ?Karen said she had never seen anyone in so much pain but he insisted on going to work in the restaurant . Must phone later to see how he is
