NOM, been trying to find you this morning but you've turned your messages off?

Just a simple question you will probably know the answer to please -

This morning there was such a racket going on outside, and I counted 22 Crows perched on surrounding roof tops and trees all shouting abuse at each other. They didn't half make a row.
It was quite a gathering. Any idea what that would have been about?

Could well be a predator about Mups, or a Crow has died hence the name fora gathering of crows is a Murder of Crows.

Oh, thank you Nom.
Something was sure agitating them.

I've noticed a lot of smaller birds start darting about in a frenzy when the Kites are circling round too.

No bother, sometimes an injured bird gets the flock agitated in case it draws a predator in,m these birds can be killed by the flock.
