No. Of course I probably wouldn't even recognise a "celebrity" and if I met them wouldn't even know their names or what they're supposed to be "celeb" for.

I find the whole narcissistic thing of people constantly taking photographs of themselves very strange

Perhaps it is just me but the only time I have taken a photograph of myself was a passport photograph for purposes of identification.

So no I wouldn't ask a celebrity to have a photograph taken with me and would think I was being presumptuous to ask .

A while back, Jeremy Corbyn was in this area and my sister who was in the town, asked him for a selfie! Which he did!!

Ive only seen a few celebs in the wild they stay down South mainly, but no way would i ask for a selfie, i dont like my own picture taken.
