I try not to but yes chemo had that effect on me too, even now after the event I am far more tired than I should be. With my husband's injuries he is sleeping quite a bit too so often we are both nodding off early afternoon.

If my eyes can’t stay open then yes, I will go to bed. Just for an hour, but have been known to be spark out for two. Pre doggy days...

I set an alarm on my phone.

Oh I often take a power nap during the day, it recharges my batteries. Some naps longer than others. I just listen to my body if it tells me i.m tired then I rest

Most afternoons, it’s a bit difficult to nap at work in the mornings!

Won't be long before she gets the idea a nap is nice too jazzi, both mine now like a siesta too.

I cannot sleep during the day unless I am unwell.

yeah, I agree but do you know, we had a bloke in our office the other day (he covers departments when people are off) and he nodded off! My manager sent him home, she told me that's the second time he's done that only last time he snored! I didn't work there then though to witness that LOL. He's as much use as a chocolate teapot really because he doesn't know all the jobs so he gets bored but thats not his fault, they should teach him! Good job my manager is an ok boss or she could get him the sack!!

I like to have a nap every day after lunch. I usually sleep for something like 20 minutes. That seems to be enough to keep me going till I go to bed at night.

Yes, quite often have a siesta in the afternoon after a nice (heavy) lunch, whilst sat in my recliner. A few weeks ago I actually went to bed at 19.10 in the evening.
