Cotton buds ban

Cotton buds may be banned next year.
They are bad for the environment .
I use them when my ears felel itchy ( yes I know you shouldn't )

I use them a lot for spreading glue on intricate die cuts - they are ideal for that. I had better stock up on them now.

I never use cotton buds.
I can’t look when someone sticks one in their ears, as l’m scared they’ll rupture their ear drum!!

If they're being banned because of the plastic stem, why don't they make them with a thin wooden stem like toothpicks?

It's only recent years they've made them plastic, go back to the rolled card type stick they used to use. We use quite a few for various things I'm stocking up I think in case they don't find the plans for the cardboard ones.
