Lovely sunshine here. Waiting for daughters visit . She will probably be on her own because S-I-L is starting a new job as a chef in Castellamare in Mumbles . He hasn't been happy in Gallini's since it was taken over
Sue we met in Castellamare all those years ago and Peter turned up driving his hearse , Lovely memories

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Was only talking about Castellamare the other day with Rosie. Will have to come down and dine there again soon Jac.

Had a lovely day. Went to Church for a lovely Mothering Sunday service (and we all came home with a pot of lovely polyanthus). Had a box of chocolates and a card from Rob & Vanessa (she had co-opted the weekend carer into hiding them last weekend and producing them this morning). Lovely basket of flowers delivered from the lambing crew and youngest son took me out to lunch. Came home stuffed - super roast beef - carrying a doggy bag, enough for lunch for Rob and I tomorrow! Did a little bit of gardening this afternoon and now going to vegitate in front of the box.

Re: Over 50's Wales club (part 6)

Just put my bedding in the washing machine and run the line out. Fingers crossed. Nothing much on the cards today, only Craft Club coming this evening. I've made a cake for them and just put some (bought) frosting on the top. After I'd done it, I tasted it - and didn't like it! Rest will be going in the bin. Grrr!!

Funny old day here . Lovely sunshine when I went and put my clothes ready to go out for lunch . Just come out of shower and can hardly see the sea because of heavy mist and its cold
