The Jane Austen Book club

Watched this lovely film on Netflix yesterday. What a feelgood yummy film. Definitely chick flick and the men are definitely Austen, but some really nice acting and escapism. It's all about several people brought together by their love (or interest) in Jane Austen.

Each of the characters is loosely based on one of the characters in an Austen novel. So the story develops as they read Austen, but also their personal story is one of the stories they are reading about.

If you want a film equivalent of hot chocolate with cream and sprinkles this is it.
