Selling your House.

Hi

Time for a Change.

It is a Nightmare.

You accept an offer, in good faith. But an offer in another and then they start the silly idiots.

The Scottish System is much better.

It is wrong it has happened to us several times in the past and we really need a better system. Is this the couple that wanted all the work doing first?

Re: Selling your House.

We have bought and sold quite a number of houses over the years, there are often good reasons for not going ahead with a sale if the survey shows the property has problems you don't wish to take on board.
