Your signature dish?

If you could cook your best meal for the other members of the forum..
What would your 3 courses be?

Re: Your signature dish?

Mine would be a bit boring:

Lentil and Bacon soup.

Chicken Curry & Rice with Bombay potatoes.

Blackberry & Apple Crumble with Custard.

That's not boring!
My children would put a crumble up for my dessert too I think!

Re: Your signature dish?

So I'd serve a starter of lemon and asparagus risotto
With pancetta if the meat eaters wanted it

Pan seared scallops with a white wine and garlic sauce (my own version of Coquilles St Jaques)
Or a rump steak with a Diane sauce and thrice cooked chips

And then a seasonal fruit crumble served hot with ice cream or preferably (for me) my homemade Pavlova (like Art's friend did)

Re: Your signature dish?

I will make it seasonal ..

Tiny goats cheese/thyme/red onion tarts with mixed green leaves and a dressing.

Welsh lamb with rosemary and garlic, jersey royals in butter and chopped mint, peas and tender stem broccoli.

Rhubarb and orange crumble with creme anglaise.
