If I read that right, he's got 10 days inside didn't he? Ridiculous. That will never stop a vile man like that. He needs a lifetime ban, put an end to his career - nothing less. Otherwise he will just find other ways to do the same again.

Oh, and just for good measure, it would be an idea to force him to run until his lungs nearly burst, then beat him and electrocute him to make him go even faster - all this with the weight of another man strapped onto his back for good measure. Only then might he begin to understand how he abused that beautiful horse.

Its sick and its widespread ..There are all sorts of reports about prods shock devices and burrs used to make horse run or in rodeo cases to buck..

Then there are the electric dog collars made so when you dog misbehaves shock it....
( luckily banned in most civilised countries)
