Maybe becuase we get sick and tired of reading all the rubbish that gets posted. Sometimes you just have to speak your mind.

Just to make the point that these threads are going nowhere. I will speak my mind and I don't care whether others agree or not. That is me and I will not change.

I don't think anyone is asking you to change your views. Others like to discuss religion - don't they have that same right?

I'm not religious but religion (as a concept) interests me, that's why I read the threads but I would never ridicule people because of their beliefs.

I'm not religious either, just respect those that are - as long as they are not fanatical that is - then they get on me nerves I am very spiritual tho' - wish everyone was - we would see things improve for the better then....

Maybe you should start a spiritual thread Pats and we can discuss that (I don't know much about it but I know someone who is very into Zen - don't know much about that either!). It would be interesting to see the contrast between the two.
