Help with identifying flowering plant

Is there anyone who can help me to identify this very pretty plant that has grown in my garden. Grew very quickly, in the matter of weeks - so I am thinking it is something in the Sunflower family. Pretty yellow flowers and lovely shape. Would like to be able to keep it for the future - if I only knew what it was

What height is it Franbern?

As first guess it looks like it could be a member of either the 'Spearwort' or Celandine family?
Both can be toxic if eaten, so be cafeful.

Thinking again, I think the leaf is wrong for Celandine, so I will stick with the Spearwort.

I think it looks like a type of daisy.

Tis true the Shasta daisies have the long narrow leaves Tif, and I believe they are not all white, there is a yellow one.

It would help if we knew the height.

It is between four to five feet tall at it top. I am thinking that it may be something that is called a narrow-leafed sunflower. The single stem in the middle, grew extremely quickly, in the matter of two or three weeks.

This looks a lot like a winter jasmin but it's hard to tell.

The flowers do Kev, I agree, but the leaves are all wrong for that IMO, plus I would have thought it was flowering too early as well.

I also think it looks like spearwort although it's difficult to tell from the pic how many petals there are.
