I think I just said that but shorter. But I don't believe motivation has to be money. A society can run differently if they want to try. Sadly we are sold capitalism is only way but IMO it's not.

It's not the only way but it beats serfdom doesn't it? At least people have opportunities in a capitalist system, it's just lost its way a bit in the last couple of decades. A fairer balance is needed rather than relying on the "invisible hand".
