Film.....The Day Of The Jackal...

I watched this film yesterday for about the third time, l love it!
It makes you wonder how the security services ever coped with the old dated equipment they used!
These days with so much surveillance equipment the Jackal would probably have been caught in a day!
I loved seeing the old actors from days gone by, in it!
Is it a film, you liked?

I didn’t know there was a re-make of the film. Was it any good?

Yes, the Edward Fox version (the original) is the one I like.

Not being nationalistic, but I find that British films are usually more believable than American equivalents.

The same goes for that 'plane crash in the desert where they 're-engineered' it and flew it to safety. Can't remember the name of the film right now!

Missy, l think you’d like the film!
I read, The Dogs Of War by Frederick Forsyth and l also liked the film The Odessa File!
